General Questions
What’s the difference between a brand shoot and headshots?
A headshot is one image – useful for LinkedIn but it won’t do much else. A brand shoot gives you a whole bank of images that tell the story of your business, show your personality, and work across your website, social media and marketing. They’re completely different things.
I feel awkward in front of the camera. Will it show?
Almost everyone feels this way. The planning call we have before the shoot exists precisely to deal with this – by the time you arrive, we’ve already sorted your outfits, talked through what you need the photos to do, and dealt with anything that’s been keeping you up at 3am. The shoot itself is usually the easy bit.
How do I know which package is right for me?
Drop me a message and we’ll work it out together. Broadly – if you need photos, Be Visible. If you need photos and video, Be Remarkable. But if you’re not sure, just tell me where you are in your business and what you’re trying to do and I’ll point you in the right direction.
The shoot
How do we decide what I wear?
We sort this on your planning call – together, properly. Not a rushed email with a list of dos and don’ts. If you’re unsure, show me what you’re thinking and we’ll work it out from there.
Where can we shoot?
We can shoot in my natural light studio, at your workspace, outdoors, or a location that fits your brand’s vibe. We’ll plan this together based on what suits your business best.
What should I bring?
A few outfit options and anything that represents your work – a laptop, notebook, props from your process, that kind of thing. We’ll go through this properly on your planning call so nothing gets forgotten.
Pricing & Booking
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. If you’d like to spread the cost just mention it when you enquire and we’ll sort something that works.
How does booking work?
You get in touch, we have a quick conversation to make sure we’re a good fit and work out which package makes sense. Once you’re booked in we’ll schedule your planning call and go from there.
What happens if I need to rearrange?
Life happens. Just let me know as soon as possible and we’ll find a new date that works.
